Missura Capital

Prior to launching Missura Capital in 2016, Jonathan Labaton was Head of Alternative Investments at Migdal Insurance Company Ltd., Israel's largest insurer. In that role, Jonathan was responsible for managing Israel's largest and most sophisticated portfolio of Hedge Funds with
more than USD 1 billion of assets under management and investments across several asset classes, strategies and geographies.

 

Additionally, Jonathan was responsible for the selection process of
external managers for long-only mandates in equities, fixed income, structured credit and commodities, overseeing multi-million dollar investments globally.

 

During his 12 years at Migdal Insurance, Jonathan was able to develop
an extensive network of contacts and relationships with local institutional investors, executives in the industry, in addition to professionals and managers abroad.

 

Before joining Migdal Insurance at the end of  2003, Jonathan worked
at Merrill Lynch's Private Wealth Management division in Israel.

 

Jonathan is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English and Hebrew and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from the Torcuato Di Tella University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

 

Jonathan is based in Herzliya, Israel. He is married with two children.
